Returns & Exchanges

At Indigo Lune, we want you to love your bohemian-inspired pieces, but we understand that sometimes the fit or style isn't quite right. We offer returns for store credit or exchange on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all Indigo Lune tags still attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred tracked courier to send the parcel to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Processing

  Once received and inspected, we will issue your store credit or process your exchange within 5 business days.
